Charles Baugher

I have over 12 years of coaching experience and proudly serve as a football coach with Phoenix Athletix. I am certified in concussion protocol and CPR, ensuring athlete safety is always a top priority both on and off the field. My passion for coaching comes from teaching young athletes the fundamentals of football and watching them grow—not just as players, but as confident, disciplined individuals. One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is seeing athletes apply what they’ve learned as they move on to middle school and high school programs. Watching that progression and knowing I played a part in their development is, to me, the greatest feeling a coach can have. Football is more than a game; it’s an opportunity to teach teamwork, responsibility, and perseverance that athletes carry with them long after the season ends. Fun fact: I am the proud parent of nine children and have had the privilege of coaching eight of them in football, which has made my coaching journey even more meaningful.
